We are hiring a Project Manager to keep our projects organized and moving. In this role, you will make sure your projects are on track, the teams know what they’re responsible for, and client deadlines are never missed.

About This Role

As a Project Manager at PexNet, you will act as the central point of coordination between our SEO specialists, content writers, UI/UX designers, front end/backend developers, and clients. Your primary responsibility is to keep projects moving smoothly while maintaining clarity, accountability, and quality across all deliverables.

You will not be executing SEO or writing content yourself. Instead, you will ensure that the right work is done by the right people at the right time, according to the clients’ instructions. You should also maintain our agency standards throughout the lifecycle of a project.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage several client projects simultaneously, while ensuring timelines, priorities, and deliverables are clearly defined
• Coordinate between SEO executives, content writers, developers, and designers to ensure smooth execution
• Translate client requirements into actionable tasks and assign them to the relevant team members
• Track the progress, identify the risks or delays early, and take corrective action immediately
• Maintain clear documentation, task boards, and internal communication using project management tools
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before client submission
• Communicate project updates, timelines, and expectations clearly with internal teams
• Support process improvement by identifying workflow gaps and suggesting efficiency enhancements
• Work closely with senior leadership to align project execution with agency goals

Requirements

• Graduate or post-graduate degree
• 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital agency or service-based environment
• Strong understanding of workflows related to SEO, content production, or digital marketing projects
• Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in professional English
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
• Calm, solution-oriented mindset when handling deadlines and pressure
